UNOnow is the loan product of UNOBank. Filipino citizens who meet all the requirements can receive loans ranging from ₱15,000 to ₱500,000.
To request a loan, you must first be registered as a UNOBank client. Then, you have to:
Input and validate your phone number
Read the terms and conditions carefully
Provide a valid ID, a selfie, and a liveness check, and wait for validation of your identity.
Input your personal, employment, and financial information for review
Answer the FATCA and DOSRI questionnaires
Wait for approval, you’ll be notified when the process is complete
If it’s approved, you’ll receive a DocuSign link to sign the loan contract
Funds will be automatically disbursed to your UNO account once you sign the contract.
This product is only available to people living or working in a particular list of cities in the Philippines: Metro Manila, Cebu, Rizal, Cavite, Laguna, Pampanga, Bulacan, Batangas, Iloilo, or Davao Del Sur, Bacolod City, Alaminos City & Dagupan City, Cabanatuan City & San Jose City, Cagayan De Oro City, Lucena City, Tarlac City, Tacloban City, Naga City, Subic City, Iba City, Olongapo City, Albay City, Dumaguete City, Cauayan City & Santiago city, Tagbilaran City, San Fernando City, Puerto Princesa City, Tuguegarao City, Bacolod City, Baguio City

Interests and costs | The loans have an Annual Contractual Rate (ACR) ranging from 35.78% to 37.54%, depending on the term to repay the loan. There's also a Processing Fee of 3% of the loan amount or ₱500, whichever is higher, and a Documentary Stamp Tax of ₱1.50 per every ₱200 of loan amount. Other fees apply in cases of late payments or early repayment |
Early repayment |
You can repay your loan early. To do so, you must contact the Customer Happiness Team via in-app messages to receive instructions on how to proceed. There will be a Pre-termination Processing Fee of 3% of the unbilled amount or ₱300, whichever is higher. |
Missed payments |
If you're late with payments, you'll be charged a late fee of ₱500 or 5% of the unbilled amount, whichever is higher. This fee will be charged for every month the debt remains unsettled. |
