Personal data retention

The user's data collected on the CREDILEMON form will be stored by KOSMOS MARKETING on servers owned by OVH HISPANO SLU, within the territory of the European Union. These data will be stored as long as the contractual relationship between the parties is maintained.

The user may request the deletion of these data from KOSMOS MARKETING using the procedure detailed in the section User rights > How to exercise your rights.

In the event of inactivity, the user's data will be deleted from all servers used by KOSMOS MARKETING within a maximum period of 4 years (even if you have not requested the deletion of your personal data).
